Women’s Drumming Circle Friday, July 14th at 1:30

This is the second in a three-part series on creating and participating in a Sacred Women’s Drumming Circle. We will review the 7 directions, discuss smudging and its importance and drum two rounds during this session. Experience the power and healing of drumming. This class is taught by Shamanic Healer Sylvia Sitters of the EquiSol Healing Center in Comfort, TX, a space where Women, Horses, Spirits and Magic Meet!

In this workshop you will explore the chakras and learn how to use them to access your deepest sources of wisdom and set goals you can keep. The workshop includes 1 hour of chakras-based asana practice, followed by guided meditation and journaling. You will leave with a roadmap and timeline for achieving your new year’s resolution.

Yoga practice is appropriate for all levels. Bring a journal or paper, a pen and your dreams!
